Q: Is it safe to order from you online? I worry about using my credit card.

A: IT is VERY safe to order from us online. We use multiple security features like SSL and firewalls to ensure your credit card and personal information are safe. Q: My outfits fade over time. What can I do?

A: We make our clothes out of top quality clothing material...but like clothes for people if you leave them in the direct sun for long periods of time they will fade. If your goose is in the direct sun consider moving it to another place with less direct sun. Also you can use a brand name water/sun repellent (like scotchgard) to reduce fading and wear. Finally if you change your outfits on a more regular basis they will last longer.

Q: Our cement goose neck has broken...what can we do?

A: If you still have both pieces and the break is clean, go to a hardware store and purchase "Clear PVC pipe glue". Follow the instructions making sure you brace your goose's neck for 24 hours to ensure a solid hold......Finally...you could also replace it with a plastic goose.
