If you are ever unhappy with your order you may return any unused goods within 2 weeks of reciept for a "Credit coupon" FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT (shipping and handling charges excluded and A 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from any refund OR exhange credit coupon). The credit coupon can ONLY be used in our website.

PERSONALIZED SPORTS OUTFITS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY CREDITS!!!

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OUTFITS THAT YOU KNEW WOULD NOT FIT YOUR GOOSE. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING WHAT SIZE OF GOOSE THEY HAVE!! IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF THE SIZE OF YOUR GOOSE....MEASURE IT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.

ALL CREDITS RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE IN THE FORM OF A "CREDIT COUPON" GOOD TOWARDS YOUR NEXT ONLINE PURCHASE FROM GOOSE CLOTHES GALORE. COUPONS WILL EXPIRE 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUE AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE FOR CASH.

Returned outfits MUST be in the original packaging and must be unused.
