Shipping costs include: Postage, packaging, insurance cost and tracking services.
On January 4th, 2010 all shipping companies raised the shipping rates. We have no choice but to pass those costs along to the customer. Our shipping costs include shipping (postage), handling (the cost to retieve, pack and prepare your order for shipping) and insurance. There is a minimum charge for postage from all the shippers and it is high for 1-2 outfits. If you want to save money order 3 or more outfits at a time. That way the actual POSTAGE cost PER OUTFIT ordered drops dramatically with the greatest savings at 4 or more outfits in a single package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES!!!!!!

If you are ever unhappy with your order or if it has been damaged you may return any unused goods that are in the original packaging within 2 weeks of receipt for a "Credit coupon" FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT (shipping and handling charges excluded and A 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from any refund OR exchange credit coupon). The credit coupon can ONLY be used in our website.
For insurance purposes you must keep the original box your order was shipped in if it was damaged during the shipping process
Christmas gift returns extension:
Items returned that are bought as Christmas gifts need to be returned by the 15th of January. All other requirements/stipulations as listed above apply.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OUTFITS THAT YOU KNEW WOULD NOT FIT YOUR GOOSE. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING WHAT SIZE OF GOOSE THEY HAVE!! IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF THE SIZE OF YOUR GOOSE....MEASURE IT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.
ALL CREDITS RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE MADE IN THE FORM OF A "CREDIT COUPON" GOOD TOWARDS YOUR NEXT ONLINE PURCHASE FROM GOOSE CLOTHES GALORE. COUPONS WILL EXPIRE 180 DAYS AFTER ISSUE AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE FOR CASH.

Orders that are stolen or misplaced after they are delivered are NOT refundable. Delivery Confirmation by the shipper is proof of delivery.
